Do you use the SSB BestPreis app?
The billing may correspond with your previous SSB BestPreis observation period, which is always charged monthly. As part of the billing process, a receipt was also sent to your e-mail address with which you use SSB BestPreis. Please check your spam folder if necessary.
Was your account blocked in the meantime?
If a payment cannot be paid directly via your payment method, your user account will be blocked and we will try to collect the open payment again at a later date. This may result in a delayed payment.
