We apologize for any inconvenience. The validation of your driver's license may be delayed for various reasons, e.g. if your license has been issued less than a year ago, if it is a "Grauer Lappen" or a non EU driver's license, or if the data has not been correctly transmitted in a legible form.
We will contact you if there are any difficulties with your driver's license validation. It will help if you check yourself that
a) your driver's license has been uploaded correctly via the app.
b) you have not accidentally scanned your identity card.
c) all data was sufficiently identifiable.
