Do not worry, we will find a solution. Please check first why the payment did not go through and contact your bank or PayPal to have the payment authorized or to check if you have sufficient funds.
We will then try to collect the outstanding payment from your deposited payment method again in a few days and to unblock your account.
Alternatively, you have the option of depositing another credit card or PayPal in your app, from which the payment can be collected. Please give us a short note via our contact form.
If you no longer have access to your payment method, e.g. because your credit card has been stolen and you will not be able to deposit it again in your app in the future, please also contact our customer support so that we can support you in the further process.
